we're moving nov 18 and can NOT wait to get the hell out of van nuys. no more choppers, fire trucks, police, and screeching car crashes at all hours of the day and night. (a grade school boy was raped in a nearby park in broad daylight several months ago - we gotta get the hell out!!!)
we're moving to peaceful, serene old town pasadena - we're suspecting it might be a snooty old town, but we'll know more once we get there. all i know is that the fresh sea scallops at the local grocery store looked magnificent!
i'll have to make sure there's a 99 ranch market close - can't stray too far from my favorite asian market.
